Helping individuals in need of emergency housing rebuild their lives in Ipswich

We completed the acquisition and development of 29 apartments in Ipswich town centre. They are being used as temporary accommodation for the local homeless community to help them get back into permanent housing, offering them a supportive and tranquil environment.

We have worked with our charity partner to identify the needs of the residents and offer the best facilities for the charity to provide a high level of support and attention to detail. This included incorporating staff overnight accommodation, hub office space, counselling and therapy rooms, peaceful gardens, and every resident to have their own front door.

The apartments provide a safe home and a welcoming environment to help the residents begin the next chapter of their lives.
